Mid Level Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our team in Rockville Maryland. As a key member of our engineering department you will contribute to the design development and implementation of various infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Develop and review civil engineering designs for infrastructure projects including roads bridges and water systems
• Perform complex calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and project feasibility
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil engineering components into larger projects
• Prepare detailed technical reports specifications and construction documents
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any engineering challenges
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on project-related issues
• Ensure compliance with local building codes environmental regulations and safety standards
• Utilize advanced engineering software to create accurate models and simulations
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients contractors and stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

Proposed Salary : $85 - 125k annual
