Licensed Architect / Project Manager

HBA Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. is celebrating 51 years and looking to grow!

We are currently seeking a Licensed Architect / Project Manager for immediate placement in both our Virginia Beach and Richmond, Virginia offices with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and searching for work / life balance while growing as a professional architect.

In addition, the candidate shall demonstrate the following capabilities and qualifications :

• Ability to Listen.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal team members, and consultants.
• Is interested in delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions that meet both client's needs and regulatory requirements.
• Is experienced with developing and presenting design concepts and solutions that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Is capable of leading and managing projects that adhere to project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Is an effective communicator who is capable of fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Is experienced with leading a project team through the development of a variety of project types from conception through construction administration.
• Exhibits a positive attitude and approach to their work.
• Is interested in mentoring.
• In addition to their license possesses an accredited professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Has experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suites.
• Third party sustainability experience or accreditation a plus.
