Account Executive Summary

This role will be responsible for new business development and daily customer account management. High focus to promote the growth and profitability of Palletized Logistics through growing existing customers by providing strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will execute our sales strategy and will lead daily account management. They are skilled in communication, customer problem solving, and solution focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by onboarding new customers.
• Grow existing accounts based on target markets and verticals.
• Build and execute sales pipeline in CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Strategically seek new solutions with existing customers to grow market share.
• Demonstrate in-depth industry knowledge with the ability to identify, understand, and service the customers’ needs.
• Manage day-to-day communication with owned and assigned customers.
• Analyze and understand market trends to properly provide solutions and pricing.
• Participate and lead all customer quoting (RFQ, RFI, and RFP).
• Create effective proposals and be confident in presenting pricing requests.
• Plan and execute customer business reviews.
