About The Position

ID : 72782983 Shift : 12H Night Description : Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked Requisition Comments and coversheet required at time of submission - Flu required prior to start - GE Hi Def or Revolution (top of the line) REQUIRED - Toshiba preferred 36Hrs / week - weekends / holidays required . Must have level 1 trauma experience : must have worked inpatient acute care, level 1 trauma. - Required Must have Peripheral IV Skills Required - they have to start an IV on all outpatients NO BLOCK SCHEDULING - Every other weekend at minimum. MUST HAVE ASSOCIATES DEGREE (Chemistry) Required for POC testing. Cannot take certificate programs. Required travel experience. No first time travelers. Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last 6 months - MUST be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered Float Required : NoCertifications : ARRT Cert Verification,BLS Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 91
