Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
Experience managing multi-site or multi-service line operations
Proven success in leading large provider networks in virtual care or telehealth settings
Deep understanding of provider models, capacity forecasting, and workforce optimization
