AR Reconciliation Analyst
Responsible for managing disputes and deductions to optimize cash flow and profitability for Corning Optical Communications (COC). This role involves collaboration with Shared Services, Finance, Customers, Manufacturing, and Customer Care.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Oversee the chargeback process to support sales objectives, resolve disputes promptly, and minimize bad debt and P5 losses.
- Analyze root causes of chargebacks and invoicing errors; escalate issues to prevent recurrence.
- Enforce dispute and deduction policies to safeguard company assets; adapt procedures based on policy updates.
- Notify customers of invalid chargebacks and initiate recovery actions; communicate significant issues to Sales and Customer Care.
- Prioritize collections for disputed accounts and meet performance targets set by leadership.
Experiences / Education - Required :
Associate degree and 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.Skills - Required :
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Windows, SharePoint; strong typing and keyboarding skills.Experiences / Education - Desired :
Bachelor's Degree and 57 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
The range for this position is $47,950.00 - $65,931.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
