Job description

We are hiring for a remote Russian Support role based in St. Louis. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. No complex tasks. Training is provided. Pay : $30 / hour. Only candidates currently residing in the U.S. will be considered.

Job Activities

  • Handle support messages
  • Assist Russian-speaking users
  • Use templates for replies
  • Log support cases
  • Escalate issues if needed
  • Communicate with team

Skills & Experience

  • Russian language required
  • Basic English is enough
  • Confident using a computer
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear written skills
  • Must be U.S.-based
