Shift : Days / 6 : 30a-5p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, + call 1-2 nights / week & 1-2 weekends / mo

Length : 13 weeks

On-Call : Yes,1-2 nights / week & 1-2 weekends / mo; 30 min response time

Weekend Rotation : call only

Requirements :

WA License

1 year Cath Lab (with additional IR experience strongly preferred)

BLS

ACLS

RCIS -or- RT(R)

Mandatory Skills : experience with below patient types, ability to scrub & operate table simultaneously, monitoring experience preferred

Other Details :

EMR : EPIC

Consider 1st time traveler :   Yes, if they have 2+ years of experience

Patient Types :  Cath Lab (experience required) : Diagnostic / interventional, LHC / RHC, NSTEMI and STEMI, Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs / staged PCI, shockwave, temp pacers, peripheral (legs) diagnostic / intervention, loop recorders; EP (experience required) : Micra, pacemaker, AICDs, lead extractions / revisions, generator changes; EP (experience NOT required) : Ablations 2x / month -EP physician brings their own EP team; IR (experience strongly preferred) : G and GJ tubes from scratch / exchanges, nephrostomy tubes / nephroureteral stents, IVC filter placement, tunneled and temporary dialysis catheters, ports, GI coil and chemo embolizations, thoras / paras, Inari for clot extraction, Kyphoplasty / vertebroplasty, y90s, TIPs, biopsies; No neuro IR
