Qualifications

• 2 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (or similar role).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or additional certifications a plus).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards for multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of data management, security, and user management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
