Job Overview :
We are looking for a qualified and experienced instructor to lead training programs in Hazard Communication (HazCom) and Incident Command.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in both areas and will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and industry best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Instruct Hazard Communication and Incident Commander training courses, ensuring adherence to OSHA standards.
- Tailor training to meet departmental and industry needs.
- Keep abreast of OSHA regulations and incident command protocols for content updates.
- Support participants during sessions and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- OSHA Outreach Trainer certifications in Hazard Communication and Incident Command System.
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery.
- Strong understanding of HazCom standards, incident command, and emergency response.
- Effective communication and organizational skills with a focus on safety culture promotion.
