As part of the HR Talent and Performance Management Product team, you will :
Lead development of a proprietary talent and performance management platform for the Capital One enterprise. You’ll develop customer-backed and data-driven insights to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap.Shape our strategy for our talent and management experience, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our business partners, people leaders, associates, and HRBPs.Lead teams of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring.Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks.Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.We want you if you are :

At least 9 years of experience working in Product ManagementCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained by the start date :Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or
Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products5+ years of experience in Agile product management5+ years of experience in HR and talent data or platformsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
