The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA or Milpitas, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As a Product Manager, you will create strategic identity-related features and hold responsibility over their business requirements, prioritization, and roadmap. Your strategic thinking and ability to translate complex systems and human needs into impactful digital solutions will shape the future of digital health. You will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, human-centered experiences that serve our core audiences.

What You'll Work On
Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for managing access to Abbott Diabetes Care's digital mobile and web products.Clearly articulate strategic decisions, aligning customer needs with business goals.Identify, define, and prioritize opportunities for innovation and scalability within our product portfolio.Craft compelling narratives to influence key stakeholders.Champion a global, customer-centric design approach, ensuring that user needs drive all product development efforts.Collaborate closely with PMs, Designers, Engineers, and Marketers to de-risk early concepts and activate strategy into scalable solutions.Synthesize user needs and research insights into clear product strategies and features.Establish and evolve feedback loops to continuously improve product quality and user satisfaction.Stay ahead of trends in product management and data-powered experiences, bringing fresh thinking to every project.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required4-6 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of product management experienceExperience in identity management or personalization technologiesExperience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) or global privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree preferredProven track record of delivering outstanding consumer product experiences for mobile and web through data-driven, human-centered strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create clarity in complex challengesExperience building and applying de-risking methodologies in a fast-paced environment.Ability to guide stakeholders in making complex design and business trade-off decisions.Strong customer-centered design approach, using research and data to drive iteration.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to connect insights to best practice-based strategies.Skilled in designing product data strategies, translating insights into persuasive narratives and visual aids.Passion for technology, privacy, and strategy, with a commitment to continuous learning.The base pay for this position is $112,000.00 $224,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
