About the Role
Cloudflare is seeking a high-impact and experienced product manager to join our Platform Tools team. The Platform Tools team builds both the platform and the tools that enables Cloudflare employees to be as efficient and productive as possible when supporting and shipping the products and features that Cloudflare customers rely upon. Your users include customer-facing teams such as customer support, customer success, and solution engineers as well as other product teams offering their tools on the platform.
Problems you may face
As the Senior Product Manager for Product Platform Tools, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for the platform capabilities that empower our customer support, customer success, and solution engineering teams. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical acumen and high empathy for both internal users and external customers.
