Garden Grove Hyundai, now a proud part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), is expanding! We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. If you have sales experienceautomotive or otherwiseand a desire to build a successful career with the nation's largest automotive group, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Build rapport and deliver a professional, positive buying experience
• Stay knowledgeable about Hyundai models, features, and incentives
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments to maximize your pipeline
• Partner with sales managers and finance to finalize deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off individual payable gross, and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. The monthly estimated earnings range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
