Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant for a concierge medical practice in Boca Raton, FL. The practice is within concierge medicine and is a small internal medicine practice with three employees - the Physician, the Medical Assistant, and the Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant who is looking for a smaller office environment. The Physician typically sees between 10-20 patients per day. Patients are seen for annual appointments, chronic disease management and follow-ups. The Medical Assistant should be able to take vital signs, check patients in, perform EKG, complete Flu / COVID swabs and perform phlebotomy / venipuncture.

Skills and Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• 2 years of experience with phlebotomy and blood draw
• Confident with annual wellness visits, rooming patients, taking vitals, performing venipuncture / phlebotomy, EKG, giving immunizations, Flu / COVID swabs, answering / returning phone calls, scheduling patients, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background using Athena EMR
• Reliable, presentable, polite and empathetic towards patients
• Active BLS / CPR
• Prior experience within Concierge medicine
