We're looking for an expert to lead our corporate compliance and responsibility efforts. As the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance and Responsibility on our Legal team, you'll report to the VP, Associate General Counsel and be the driving force behind our ethics, risk, and sustainability programs.

What You'll Do :

• Own and drive Zscaler's global programs for compliance, incident management, enterprise risk (ERM), and sustainability
• Lead the response during company-wide incidents, ensuring clear communication and fast, effective resolution
• Proactively identify compliance gaps through sharp analysis and targeted audits
• Be the trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding them through the maze of potential risks, governance issues, and emerging regulatory trends
• Build the culture by championing our corporate accountability, running sustainability initiatives, and developing training that actually sticks

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

$196,000 - $280,000 USD
