A company is looking for a ServiceNow Queue Manager to oversee and manage ServiceNow ticket workflows related to computer fulfillment and asset lifecycle tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming and active ServiceNow tickets related to computer procurement, deployment, returns, and asset support
Oversee the ServiceNow Returns Queue and validate returned equipment against asset records
Track device movements throughout the entire lifecycle and provide feedback on ServiceNow system optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, Asset Management, or Fulfillment modules)
Familiarity with ERP systems and asset tracking / inventory platforms
Strong understanding of IT fulfillment and asset returns management
Experience with SLA monitoring and issue escalation protocols
U.S. citizenship is required due to responsibilities involving a government contractor
