Compensation :
$70,000+ commensurate with experience
Responsibilities : What You’ll Do
- You’ll serve as an advisor and advocate for a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring each household receives proactive, exceptional service.
- You’ll manage renewals, coverage changes, and retention with confidence while leveraging your product knowledge to identify gaps, improve protection, and deliver peace of mind.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Manage a book of personal lines business with attention and careProactively review renewals and negotiate with carriers to ensure competitive coverage / pricing and present options to insuredsBuild long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsivenessAssist clients with new policies, changes, and claims with empathy and urgencyEducate clients on coverage options and risk management strategiesIdentify opportunities for cross-sell and rounding out accountsPartner with team, agency leadership, and underwriters to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfactionStay current on carrier appetite, market trends, and technology toolsQualifications : What You Bring
3+ years’ experience in an I ndependent Agency (IA channel), personal lines account managementDeep knowledge of major carriers, coverage forms, and rating practicesActive P&C licenseProficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft OfficeExceptional communication, organization, and follow-throughAbility to manage renewals and retention strategies independentlyA genuine care for people — you enjoy Championing Relationships and Getting It Done rightAbout Company
