- The Senior Financial Analyst will support forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Location : Hybrid to Chicago, IL – 3 days in office Tuesday, Thursday & one flex day in office; the rest remote.
- Salary range $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.

What You’ll Do At C.A. Fortune
Own and oversee the full revenue forecast process for Brokerage and Emerging Business units, including all related deliverables with minimal supervision.Lead monthly forecast meetings with revenue leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency across business units.Develop and maintain advanced financial models and tools to support strategic planning and performance tracking.Support quarterly board presentations with financial insights, forecasts, and variance analysis to help narrate the business story.Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders, providing proactive financial guidance and scenario planning.Manage a high‑volume task list with competing priorities, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.Drive process improvements and automation across reporting and forecasting workflows.Communicate proactively and consistently with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.What You Should Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a high‑growth or CPG environment.Strong proficiency in accounting required.Proven experience owning forecasts and presenting to senior leadership.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Sage Intacct) or proven experience in learning new systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and executive presence.Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.Perks
