This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on JLL's global financial performance while advancing your career with a world-leading real estate services firm.What your day-to-day will look like :Coordinate and facilitate global budgeting, 3-year planning, and forecasting processes while continuously enhancing and streamlining these critical financial workflowsDevelop and manage comprehensive monthly and quarterly dashboard reporting, providing consolidation and strategic analysis of country and global financial performance including trend analysis and variance reportingServe as a key liaison between Global FP&A, Country Global Leasing Advisory Finance teams, and Corporate Functions Finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignmentDrive improvements in reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support executive decision-making and implement finance best practices across the organizationExecute high-visibility special projects focused on operational efficiency, long-range financial planning, and standardization across Global Leasing Advisory reportingEnsure harmonization and data integrity across ERP, budgeting, and global consolidation systemsFacilitate strategic alignment initiatives for Global Leasing Advisory, including system infrastructure development and management reporting build-outRequired Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in a global professional services firm or similar complex environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to manipulate large data sets and create executive-level presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspectiveExcellent written and verbal communication skills with high comfort level presenting to and interacting with executive-level professionalsProven ability to work independently as a self-starter while excelling in fast-paced, customer service-oriented environmentsDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks and prioritiesPreferred Qualifications :MBA and / or CPA certification highly valuedExperience with finance and business intelligence technology including Oracle EPBCS, OneStream, PAX, Tableau, or similar platformsPrevious exposure to global financial consolidation processes and multi-currency reportingKnowledge of real estate or professional services industry financial metrics and KPIsExperience with financial system implementations or process improvement initiativesStrong project management capabilities with track record of successful cross-functional collaborationInternational business experience or familiarity with global finance operationsEstimated compensation for this position :91,600.00 – 112,200.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
