Job descriptionLead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning processes Analyze and interpret financial data to guide present and future decision-making Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership on strategic planning and forecasting Provide detailed P&L analysis, risk / opportunity assessments, and actionable insights Consolidate financials and support HQ reporting and deliverables Create ad hoc reports and presentations for executive leadership Recommend process improvements for reporting, budgeting, and analytics workflows Offer financial consulting for pricing strategies and special initiatives Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus) 3-5 years of financial analysis experience Strong skills in Excel and financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools) Excellent communicator with a consultative mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
