Job Title : RN Registered Nurse

Location : Erie, PA 16504

Shifts Available :

12-hour shifts : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

8-hour shifts : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM | 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM | 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Employment Type : Full-time or part-time

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Supervise and support nursing assistants , ensuring resident care needs are met.

Monitor residents' conditions, administer medications and treatments , and document care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines .

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing).

Nursing degree from an accredited institution.

Current CPR certification required.

Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills .
