Horizon House is Pennsylvania's oldest psychiatric rehabilitation agency. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) to join our Residential Group Home team at our Wilson, Wilmington, Delaware location.

Work Schedule

Total 40 hours, 8 hours shifts, M-F and 3P-11P shift

Yes, we can work around your schedule or notice period for you to attend our four-day orientation. Hire requirements for this opportunity include in-person attendance at new hire orientation during the first four (4) workdays, Monday through Thursday and day shift at our Philadelphia location. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Some duties would include the following :

• To provide direct care and supervision to participants in the residential group home setting.
• To ensure a safe, healthy, secure and recovery-oriented environment, which promotes growth and development.
• To facilitate participant growth and development toward independence in self-care, daily living, socialization and community integration.
• To participate in the development and implementation of the participants' recovery plans.
