Vice President of QA

A company is looking for a Vice President of QA & Automation to lead quality strategy and execution across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise QA strategy aligned with business goals

Build and scale automation frameworks for testing and ensure CI / CD pipelines have robust quality gates

Lead a global QA and automation team, fostering an inclusive environment and mentoring talent

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

15+ years in software engineering or QA roles, with at least 7+ years in leadership positions

Proven experience in implementing automation-first QA strategies in SaaS environments

Expertise in CI / CD, cloud-native testing strategies, and automation frameworks

Strong data-driven decision-making skills with hands-on technical depth preferred
