Job Description :
Ø Experience with company to company reviewing credit reports.
Position Summary :
Ø The Credit Administrator I perform various functions which are primarily concerned with administrative tasks to support the Credit and / or Collections Departments.
Essential Areas of Responsibility :
Ø All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary.
Ø Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.
Ø Respond to internal and external customer requests.
Ø Assist with order release and work with customers to obtain payment for order release.
Ø Help process credit applications, assist with new customer setup, and ensure that affiliated accounts are set up properly.
Ø Place customers on / off Credit Hold
Ø File UCC’s
Ø Assist Credit Analyst and Credit Admin III with special projects.
Position Requirements :
Ø Any equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education / Certification / Experience :
Ø Bachelor’s degree required.
Ø Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a business-to-business environment
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :
Ø Knowledge of JDE / SAP and AS400 preferred.
Ø Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ø Microsoft Office Suite proficiencies : Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ø Ability to work in team / cross functional environment.
Ø Demonstrate effective customer service skills.
Physical Requirements :
Ø Occasional : Sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment.
Ø Visual Acuity : Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
Working Environment :
Ø May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
