Survey Technician

Survey Technician - Midland, TX Halff has an opening for a Survey Technician with 3+ years of experience to work in our Midland, TX office.

Survey Technician Responsibilities :

• Organizing research for field
• Reducing field observations
• Preparing data for drafting
• Preparing legal descriptions
• Preparing reports
• Preparing finished survey drawings
• Preparing COGO calculations
• Preparing boundary analysis under RPLS supervision

Survey Technician Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience as a Survey Technician
• SIT certification is desired, but not required.
• Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus.
• Experience in producing survey maps and plats.
• Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
• Experience with Carlson Survey is a plus.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center is a plus.
• Higher level of education is a plus.
