Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and / or highway infrastructure projects , with the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project plans, and support bidding efforts. This role is critical to ensuring competitive and profitable proposals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze risks and recommend cost-saving alternatives.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
• Support change order pricing and project budgeting during construction.
