Program Alignment and Site Optimization (PASO) Specialist (Tactical)

Overview

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Program Alignment and Site Optimization (PASO) Specialist to join our team. Location : JBSA Randolph, TX (travel required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual site visits and evaluations using standardized checklists and coordinate follow-up support.
• Provide feedback on instructor delivery, Aircrew Conditioning Program Assessment (ACPA) testing, and curriculum use.
• Facilitate cross-site communication and knowledge sharing.
• Create and deliver written reports of findings, observations, and recommendations post site visits.
• Collaborate with site personnel to identify curriculum implementation challenges and develop strategies for improving instructor performance, utilization rates, and unit buy-in.
• Support onboarding, training quality, and continuous process improvements.
• Travel : Up to 50% travel is required. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent domestic travel.
• Other related duties as assigned.
