Overview
LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Program Alignment and Site Optimization (PASO) Specialist to join our team. Location : JBSA Randolph, TX (travel required).
Responsibilities
- Conduct annual site visits and evaluations using standardized checklists and coordinate follow-up support.
- Provide feedback on instructor delivery, Aircrew Conditioning Program Assessment (ACPA) testing, and curriculum use.
- Facilitate cross-site communication and knowledge sharing.
- Create and deliver written reports of findings, observations, and recommendations post site visits.
- Collaborate with site personnel to identify curriculum implementation challenges and develop strategies for improving instructor performance, utilization rates, and unit buy-in.
- Support onboarding, training quality, and continuous process improvements.
- Travel : Up to 50% travel is required. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent domestic travel.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a Human Performance or Education-related field.7+ years of experience with instructional oversight and performance programs.2+ years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.Proven experience in quality assurance or program evaluation.Current CPR and AED certification.Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.Experience with security clearance processes is desirable; visit the DCSA page for more information if applicable.Benefits
