Related Companies is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the legal group and various project development teams as well as interact with various third-parties through the contract process.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Review / vet various proposals from contractors, suppliers, design professionals and consultants
- Prepare agreements based on Related Companies' contract templates
- Handle the contracting process from preparation of agreement though execution
- Interact with lenders / investors / partners to obtain necessary contract approvals
- Gain familiarity with overall legal structure of each respective project, including understanding of underlying legal documents relating to the project
- Prepare legal notices / correspondence
Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 +. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications include :
Minimum of 5-7 years of experienceBachelor's degreeExperience working in a corporate environmentExperience working in construction / architecture / engineering / consulting a plusHigh computer proficiency (i.e. MS Word, Excel and / or other related software programs)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), due to heavy interaction with attorneys and high-level executivesAbility to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilitiesBenefits include :
