We're currently seeking a driven and people-focused Sales Team Lead to take charge of our in-store sales operations, coach a high-performing team, and help us continue delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do :

• Lead from the front : Set the standard by engaging with customers, delivering expert product presentations, and closing sales.
• Coach & Develop : Support, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed weekly goals.
• Collaborate : Work closely with upper management to identify growth opportunities, optimize in-store strategy, and drive results.
• Support Sales Operations : Ensure day-to-day floor operations run smoothly, customer inquiries are resolved efficiently, and service quality remains high.
• Own the Numbers : Track performance metrics, provide feedback, and celebrate wins with your team.
