General Secretary Associate Internship
The position is open for gap year or end-of-study interns with a starting date between January and March 2026, for a six-month internship. It is not open to MBA students.
The Associate supports the General Secretary on top business priorities, such as building new processes internally and externally. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Detailed Missions
The list below is not exhaustive as it will depend on the company priorities during your internship. However it gives a good overview of the range of topics and tasks.
Regular missions and recent projects :
Sales & Business - Prepare meetings with external stakeholders, support in following up post meetings, track actions to conversion and maintain stakeholder momentum.
Help in the organization of events with investors and customers.
Corporate & Governance - Support research and projects related to the relationship with regulatory stakeholders, fundraisings and governance matters.
Contribution to board pack preparation and management (content, timelines, Q&A) of Prvenir; conduct targeted legal and market research.
Internal missions - Help organize the team's operating rhythm (cadence, rituals, documentation), drive the follow-up on key milestones and ORKs, improve internal processes and cross-team coordination.
Harmonization of the weekly internal communication
Brand & Communication - Strengthen the corporate presence at major events and on social channels, organise internal and external events to build the Alan network and systematize outreach and leverage connections globally.
End-to-end organization of events with top schools in our offices.
Product & Technical topics - Support cross-functional projects (e.g., Occupational Health) through research, synthesis, and stakeholder coordination, turn insights into actionable recommendations for product and operations.
Talent - Sourcing and recruiting the next GS Associate.
Development of the hiring process for the next GS Associate.
