A company is looking for a Senior Sales Representative III who will be responsible for driving business growth in the Atlanta and Washington, D.C. markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for employer groups in designated territories
Manage and grow complex business relationships with clients ranging from 501 to 15,000 employees
Exceed sales quotas through effective negotiation and relationship management
Required Qualifications
6+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or wellness benefits
Experience managing complex business relationships and high-level negotiations
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in new logo acquisition
Experience owning the sales process from sourcing to closing on long sales cycles
Ability to leverage internal and external networks for business development
