As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will collaborate closely with event coordinators and sales teams to ensure that all logistical details are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown activities.
• Assist in creating event promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of event budgets, contracts, and invoices.
• Support the sales team by preparing presentations and sales reports for prospective clients.
