Associate, Operations

The Associate, Operations plays a key role in medical practice operations within the assigned hub or for virtual / hybrid care delivery. This position drives operations and performance to deliver the Cityblock care and clinical model across clinical care operations. This role is accountable for adherence to established policies and procedures and safe and compliant care delivery within markets.

Responsibilities :

• Greets and interacts with members as they enter the hub space or on the phone and verifies eligibility.
• Supports members with completing all paperwork and answering any questions members may have.
• During checkout, ensure members have scheduled follow-up appointments if needed, receive all necessary information and referrals as directed by the provider.
• Calls to confirm all appointments for the next day and same day if the member did not confirm the previous day. Marks member confirmed in EMR system.
• Ensures all medical records are retrieved for members prior to appointment.
• Outreaches members who are due for a follow up or an annual visit.
• Ensures inventory of patient forms are at an appropriate level, and orders administrative supplies and anticipate hub needs as necessary.

Work Experience :

We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company's equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is :

$20.19 - $25.96 Hourly
