Summary :
This role focuses on designing and developing interactive learning experiences across multiple formats (ILT, VILT, eLearning) to enhance employee performance. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop curricula using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise , and apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory to ensure effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Create dynamic content using eLearning and multimedia tools
Convert ILT content to self-paced formats
Develop curricula and instructional strategies for department and enterprise-wide initiatives
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate learning outcomes
Manage LMS activities , assignments, and custom reports
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align content with business goals
Conduct presentations and support trainers with effective material usage
Qualifications :
3-5 years in instructional design or curriculum development
Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise , and LMS platforms
Strong grasp of ADDIE, SAM , and adult learning principles
Experience developing ILT, VILT, and self-paced content
Excellent skills in research, writing, collaboration, and presentation
