Position Purpose : The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store(s). Responsibilities include :

• Identifying incidents of theft and fraud
• Reviewing CCTV and exception reports
• Monitoring physical security
• Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance
• Driving a shrink elimination culture
• Preparing detailed case reports
• Preserving evidence
• Interacting with law enforcement and testifying in court
• Reporting hazardous conditions
• Minimizing injury risks and demonstrating integrity

The specialist must focus on store-specific objectives while supporting asset protection and operational responsibilities.
