EXPERIENCE :

Licensed Physical Therapist (CA PT License) with at least one year of Home Health experience.

Active CA PT License and 1 year of Home Health experience

Coverage Area : Marin, Sonoma, and Napa County (with potential expansion)

Prioritize start of care visits and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants

Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours
