Registered Nurse - Compact Licenses

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual Spanish & English for part-time day shifts in a remote medical call center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound patient calls, utilizing established protocols to document interactions in EHR

Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients via phone or patient portal

Provide administrative support, including medication refills, critical result notifications, and follow-up care coordination

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Minimum of 2-4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

Previous telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems

Licenses required : Compact + NY, IL, MA

Ability to work in a remote environment with necessary equipment and internet access
