We are passionate about creating tools that enhance learning experiences and drive success in the education sector. As a rapidly growing startup, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Sales Director to join our team and spearhead our sales efforts.

Position Overview

The Tech Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy, focusing on landing high-value clients. This individual will be developing and executing sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-ticket sales within the tech industry and experience working with startup companies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify and target high-value clients.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Business Development

  • Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote edYOU Technologies.
  • Leverage market insights and customer feedback to drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Sales Operations

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.
  • Qualifications

    Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the tech industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in high-ticket sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in or selling to startup companies is highly desirable.
  • Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
