Your role : As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high-impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities. In addition to having a successful track record within an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess :

  • Deep expertise in Operating Model Design, including the development of target operating models for complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Cost Takeout initiatives, with a history of delivering measurable cost reductions across business units or functions.
  • Broad understanding of current industry dynamics and trends in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cost optimization.
  • Experience within the following capability areas :
  • Operating Model Assessment & Redesign
  • Organizational Model Assessment & Redesign
  • Cost Reduction Strategy & Execution
  • Business Case Development
  • Value Realization Management
  • Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Broader experience in related disciplines such as Supply Chain Optimization and Digital Transformation leveraging AI.
  • Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance.
  • Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.
