Subcontract Manager
The F-35 Metallic Build-To-Print Sourcing Team within the Global Supply Chain Organization is seeking a Subcontract Manager to join our unique, fast-paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will join a team of sub-contract managers responsible for the management of competitive procurements pertaining to simple to complex build-to-print metallic Airframe parts for production and sustainment requirements.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX. This position is a hybrid position, 50% onsite Monday & Tuesday required.
Basic qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in Built-to-Print Supply Chain, Procurement, Buyer and / or Subcontract Management
Management experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP, P2P, PO Folders, PDM)
Desired skills :
9 years of professional experience in Supply Chain
F-35 Supply Chain Management experience
Mentor, Lead or Leadership experience
Experienced in Built-to-Print
Experienced with multi-tasking, follow-up and follow through
Experienced working independently and in a team environment
Experienced in change management
Experienced in making business-based decisions

Ability to work remotely : Part-time remote telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
