The position requires a commitment of three days per week, with 12-hour shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM.

Responsibilities :

Greets patients and visitors.

Monitors, answers, screens, and routes all telephone calls.

Emergency alerts, pages, and overhead announcements as requested.

Performs needed clerical tasks, including copying, faxing, filing, and ordering / obtaining supplies.

Assists with processing patient admissions, transfers and discharges.

Assembles and maintains patient records and charts.
