Job descriptionCurrent RN (Colorado or eligible for licensure); BSN and CHPN preferred. 10+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in progressive management. Hospice leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations. Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused leadership style. Be part of a mission-driven, patient-focused organization with strong infrastructure. Work with a highly engaged team in a supportive, professional environment. About the Role
The Director of Clinical Services will :
- Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams across all levels of care settings.
- Oversee all clinical operations, staff, and patient care services.
- Collaborate with Quality, Compliance & Education teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
- Manage budgets, meet quality benchmarks, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative culture and motivate teams toward excellence.
