Construction Project Management Services

Responsible for providing Construction Project Management services within Planning Design & Construction for major capital projects and management of large size project teams. Develops plans, coordinates, communicates and controls activities of assigned projects to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, using assigned resources according to customer specifications. Leads the development of requirements, resource plan, deliverables, schedule, risk and contingency plans and manages the capital budget. Manages teams, resolves conflict and adheres to standard methodology and quality processes.

Education : Bachelor's degree; or Journeyman's License in a skilled trade with 8 years of experience in a comparable job.

Licensure / Certification : Journeyman's License; OSHA Certified.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years project management experience required leading project team sizes of 20+ team members. Experience in health care construction. Proven experience as a construction project manager, with a focus on healthcare projects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated skill and / or experience in following : PMBOK, root-cause analysis, financial management, and problem solving methodologies. In-depth knowledge of healthcare building codes, standards, and construction methodologies. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and operational impacts of construction in a live healthcare environment. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
