GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room Manager for a travel nursing job in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 28 / 2025 Duration : 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel $1,000 completion bonus after successful 13-week contract and 2 or less callouts Start 11 / 28 Shifts / Schedule : 10HR Days 10a-8p CNOR Required & must have at least 2 years of previous perioperative & surgical management experience EMR : Meditech Duties of Manager : Ensure optimal efficiency in daily flow throughout surgical services Evaluate and assess the daily schedule and staffing plan and to make adjustments to clinical assignments if necessary to enhance the overall performance of the department and functioning of the unit. Collaborate with key stakeholders (anesthesia, surgeons, department chiefs) to balance daily changes while maintaining departmental efficiency, ensuring safe patient care and striving for optimal clinical performance and outcomes. Need to be competent for on call for all specialties & be strong in : Ortho trauma Total joints (Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Reverse Shoulders) What Scope system do they use?
