Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, CVOR Experience : 1 year Licenses : RN-NY Certifications : ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References : 1 Reference in the last 12 months Must have strong neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience EPIC Experience Trauma levels need to be included on every work entry. Work history must be updated to current date
