Position Summary :

The Senior Project Manager will manage high-tech data center and industrial projects in the Council Bluffs region, coordinating multi-discipline teams and ensuring successful execution in all phases.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution for high-security facilities

Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure MEP integration

Track budgets, RFIs, change orders, and client communications

Oversee QA / QC and commissioning processes

Qualifications :

8–10 years of relevant construction experience (mission-critical preferred)

Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Strong leadership and technical coordination background
