ABM the nationally leading provider of Facility Services is seeking Facilities Occupancy Planner to join our facilities Management team. This role is responsible for analyzing space utilization, forecasting occupancy needs and developing workplace strategies that align with business goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient use of office space and support dynamic workforce needs.

Pay : $50.00 hourly. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Key Responsibilities :

Occupancy Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain occupancy plans for assigned buildings and campuses.
• Analyze headcount forecasts and space utilization data to recommend effective space solutions.
• Align occupancy strategies with organizational changes in partnership with HR, IT, and business units.
• Collaborate with the Planning Lead on facility-related tasks and projects.
