Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Administrator to provide hands-on administration, support, and optimization of our organization's cloud-based business applications. This role ensures operational efficiency, secures user access, and supports the productivity of 300+ employees across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Events, and Client Success.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically proficient, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will balance daily support and troubleshooting with process improvement initiatives , helping the business optimize workflows and ensure application integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Administration
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for core business applications, including Okta, JAMF, Zoom Enterprise, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Zendesk, PandaDoc, JotForm, HubSpot, and Aloware .
- Administer Okta SSO policies, user provisioning / deprovisioning, MFA configurations, and group memberships.
- Manage Apple device fleet via JAMF and Apple Business Manager, including remote commands, compliance, and profile updates.
- Troubleshoot application issues related to access, configuration, or performance.
Workflow Optimization & Automation
Evaluate workflows in tools like JotForm, PandaDoc, and Zendesk for inefficiencies and implement automation via native integrations, APIs, or platforms like Zapier.Monitor SaaS platforms for updates, new features, and optimization opportunities to improve team productivity.Reporting & Analytics
Create dashboards and reports to track application adoption, user activity, and performance metrics.Support departments in generating usage reports and compliance documentation, such as email audits, Zoom logs, or ticketing data.Training & Documentation
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, step-by-step guides, and video tutorials.Lead end-user training sessions on core applications.Collaboration & Vendor Management
Act as liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and escalate requests.Assist leadership with quarterly software reviews, contract documentation, compliance tracking, and SaaS lifecycle management.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (required).5+ years of experience in SaaS administration, technical support, or application management , ideally in fast-paced environments.Hands-on experience with :Okta (SSO, provisioning, MFA, app assignments)
JAMF / Apple Device ManagementGoogle Workspace Enterprise (Gmail, Calendar, Drive Admin Console)Zoom Enterprise (Webinars, Events, Licensing)NetSuite, Zendesk, PandaDoc, JotForm, AlowareStrong troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Must be a U.S. Citizen .Preferred Qualifications
Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks.Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Apps Script.Understanding of PCI, HIPAA , or other compliance standards in SaaS environments.Experience with Zero Trust architectures or enterprise security frameworks.Why Work With Seneca Resources
