Job description

Title : GIS Tech 3

Location : Birmingham AL, 35203

Contract : 3 years

Shift : Standard

Pay Rate : $33.00 on W2 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee GIS technical operations, ensuring optimal data management and visualization practices.
  • Lead complex GIS projects, from data management to visualization. Mentor junior GIS technicians.
  • Ensure alignment of technical activities with GIS strategies. Engage with stakeholders on GIS technical requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in GIS technical operations.

Skill Sets & Expertise :

  • 4 + Years of in-depth experience with GIS tools, databases, and methodologies
  • 4 + Years Experience in a related field. Bachelor's degree in Geographical Information Systems or related curriculum
